Craig Ferguson - Technical Services Manager
A quick learner by nature, Craig began his career as a helper with no industry experience. He progressed steadily and became an expert technician in the security solutions space. He is also factory-certified for multiple products such as Keyscan, Kantech, Genetec, Axis, and Bosch.

Craig is especially proud of the projects that he has completed such as:
  • Integrations that can disarm and arm alarm systems.
  • Turn lights off and on.
  • The installation of camera systems that can detect people and vehicles, and send notifications to end users of a potential threat.
When Craig is not busy installing or setting up security systems, he enjoys outdoor activities like riding his dirt bike, boating, swimming, and going to Canada’s Wonderland with his children. He also enjoys working on and driving anything that has an engine.

Lucy Colella - Office Administrator/Installation Coordinator
She provides support for client inquiries and helps to troubleshoot issues associated with alarm systems. Lucy also ensures that technicians have all the support and information they require before they go out to service clients.

Lucy came from the event planning industry and was searching for a “new opportunity”. She began working part-time for NAP in January 2012 and as the company grew, so did her responsibilities.

She is proud of the projects that NAP completed for the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where David and the rest of the team delivered an innovative security solution for the client. Lucy played a pivotal role in this project by coordinating and planning the logistics for 20 teams on a tight deadline.

When Lucy is not planning schedules and troubleshooting, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
